My kids were always in and out of urgent care during winter months in past 2023. Thank God we found this vitamin. My kids and I have been taking this vitamin. We add a little juice or take it pure. When I notice one of my kids is coming down with something I will give it to them 2-3x per day and lots of rest and water. I have been recommending it to other parents like me or adults that has been getting sick pretty often. Really good vitamins.. This was the only thing that we added so far in our daily routine. It has been a blessing..

The Sea Moss has cut my appetite and decreased my desire to eat more. I’m looking forward to the transition and health benefits. I’ve just started, but I feel amazingly well.

Trying to get and stay healthy is a job on its own, and this product helps. Keeping the right amounts of minerals and vitamins in the body is key to feeling better i believe. Product taste is not bad at all, price is not too unreasonable. Worth a shot for sure if you are trying to up your health game.
